Why would the government (because HE doesn't do it) issue stimulus checks when the economy is improving? Is, in fact, strong and recovering from the effects of 45*'s first term?

As a former occupational safety and health consultant, I can't even BEGIN to list all of the hazards in that picture.
Bottom line (and I spent YEARS trying to explain this to management): Safety is not an optional expense; it's just part of the cost of goods sold like any other component.
