The background light wobble was all hand animated by @barney.powerhoof.com. I think he had some technique with blending layers in photoshop that helped but a tonne of hand touch-ups too.

Bloody love that this exists. Really great video! There's gotta be so much weird hidden multimedia from that era, but that one's proper awful in the best way 😅
