I agree some will fit your description but if landlords are covering a mortgage with the rent and have had to move from cheap fix interest rates to higher rates in the past 3 years, doesn't this explain some of the rise and isn't it yet more fallout from Liz Truss's disastrous budget?

I disagree with Kier Starmer and the proposals in the white paper and plenty of other policies of the government even as a natural labour voter but commenting with 'fuck off from a great height' is moronic and adds to what's wrong. Maybe X would be a better platform for this.
