The answer to your question why everything critical of Trump is terrorism, is because the First Amendment - Freedom of Speech, Freedom of the Press, and separation of religion from government - has been flushed down the drain by MAGA.

The establishment clause in the First Amendment was not to empower religions. It was to separate them from government at the federal level.
Methodists, Presbyterians, Baptists, and Catholics came to America to escape from the Church of England. (States could be linked to a religion.)
