The truly sad thing about America is how little the people know of their own history, constitution, Declaration of Independence. The SCOTUS has in some decisions shown how ignorant or simply deny what is written in these documents.

The US supreme court is about to decide on the legality of the Trump tariffs. They have already made this decision when giving him immunity on anything he does as a government action. The tariffs will be framed legal.
