Nobody has an easy and perfect life. We all go through things that completely break us. Not all our chapters are read aloud. It costs nothing to be kind, but the sentiment can last a lifetime. The world would be a lot better place if we all had more empathy and kindness.

Society itself can be ugly with all its labels and rules. Humanity has truly been lost. The world is cruel and full of hatred. Empathy and compassion for others has become less and less as time goes on. Bring back acts of kindness and understanding. You can disagree with someone without being cruel.

I absolutely hate that it gets dark earlier, but happy that we turn the clocks back on Sunday and get to sleep an extra hour. Not that the extra hour means anything when it comes to my body and sleeping. 😂 #DaylightSavingsTimeEnds

People tend to forget that kindness is free. The way it can make someone feel is priceless. It doesn't cost a thing to be a decent person. We need more compassion and empathy.
