His character got built the wrong way; a common problem with people who try to max out character with grinding. He needs to reflect upon himself to address the issue.

It's funny to think how integral taunts are to God Hand but how obscure the fact that it makes enemies hit Gene harder since he already eats shit for getting hit in the first place.
Of course I don't want to fight two enemies at once, but unless I want to spend a God Reel, my best bet is a taunt.

The ultimate popularity contest: one doesn't have to be clean, well-to-do, or even intelligent. They certainly help one be more attractive, but with enough BSing, smoke, and mirrors, any old US-born fogey can be the president.

Even then, on a practical level (if we take the dev's word for it), the concept of GnG didn't really exist before the Red Arremer. By all accounts, the world didn't exist before he did, so it's fair to assume how Arthur moved and interacted with the world came afterwards.

Best reason to get a Deck is with the expectation of travel; being able to practice combos in KOF on the go in a hotel room and bringing it over to a friend's house to let them try some games I had out really sold it for me.
Then again, I only buy weird low fidelity games so mileages may vary.
