Trimmed off any melted glue and excess resin, sanded, wet sanded, buffed and finally a coat of gloss varnish

It's far from perfect, but should be good enough to add tint & LEDs

Filled the mold with UV resin and cured (in a well ventilated area). Small layers work best otherwise the curing reaction melts the hot glue (oops)

I used Pam as a mold release, hot glue as a mold, and cardboard to try and retain the mold's shape

Started with the "lens buck" STL from Galactic Armory, sanding, priming, sanding and gloss varnish
