While not my mistake (this time), I do have an example from this past week. My VERY experienced sysadmin attempted to take down an AZ firewall he was testing. Little did he know that he tripped a kill switch in the process. Over half of our network config and several containers went poof. 😳

Haha, I like the naming! Reminds me of the one time remoting into Coworker A’s computer to troubleshoot Explorer and she had a folder called Coworker B’s Shit.
