I came here to repeat Jason Freake's comment. Its hard to take action if we don't know the source of the data. I've probably already changed passwords from previous breaches, so what now?
Wouldn't it be possible to check email+password against previous breaches, and indicate where they match?

Users can disable data use for AI training by navigating to Settings & Privacy > Data Privacy > Data for Generative AI Improvement and toggling the setting off.

For ad personalization, users can also disable sharing with affiliates like Microsoft in the Advertising Data settings.
