I used to work with 2 other full-time coworker and 2 part-timers. Now I'm the only full-timer left with 3 part-timer. All of which are basically unfit for their job. I'm the only one really able to do the office work correctly. And I'm not getting paid enough for it. I'm out! BYE! (3/3)

Dont get me wrong. I love my workplace. I love my coworkers. I love my job. I work in a retirement home. I love our residents to pieces. But I dont love what the chef is doing to this place. It's just budget cutting and no personnel for anything. (2/3)
