Rinh texts in a way that makes you think she does not care about the conversation whatsoever. This is mostly just because she hates texting.

ok maybe CLI applications just work entirely differently in Windows? the text "in the current console window" intrigues me. Whereas I think powershell is probably using Win32API to create a new process, CMD might be tying it to the console window somehow. WEIRD.
