My partner came across it a little while back. Very good movie and well worth a watch.

It's a great podcast. I think the point raised about authority sitting with a role is key. I cringe at how empowerment is used nowdays. I see too many micromanagers 'empowering their staff' to allow them to do what they would be doing if there weren't micromanaged in the first place.
