Yesterday was sad. The city said my tree would be bothersome in the future, and the owner believed him... the photos tell the rest of the story. So many bird friends are now looking for a new hang out and watering hole. 🪶🥺

Day 4- Low carb life. Tuesdays, I make dinner "up the mountain" for B & B, and the menu was burritos again. Luckily, these carb balance tortillas from Mission. I was able to eat a normal style dinner and feel full. The biggest change was I didn't have any beans inside my burrito. #keto #lowcarb

Day 3- Low carb journey. Went back to work today. Hungry, agitated, let's face it, I was Godzilla today. I did apologize afterward and during, kinda... I made it through the day. Ate a nice salad with smoked salmon for dinner. Pork rinds for munchies during the movie. What a life!
