I understand, I get like that when playing tabletop games but I'm been working on it. Hope you figure out something to help you with that anxiety cause if someone's laughing at your roughs then they are assholes.

I've had clients give me stick figures for commissions and it help massively for to get things right for them. We are not laughing at people who try.
