People's true nature showed through quite quickly after the election. It's not horrible everywhere but certain folks are much more comfortable with their bigotry and open with hateful words. About two days after the election we had 2 separate death threats on our house for having a gay flag lmao

Hello. American here.. 0/10 would not recommend. The day after trumps anti DEI orders, even the college in my town (very well known for accepting foreign exchange students) removed the flags representing all the students from other countries. Insane behaviour. Several foreign students went home
