2). We passed an agricultural warehouse in Kravica, Srpska Republika (RS) of Bosnia & Herzegovina, where 500 Bosniak men and boys were forced and then were fired upon by soldiers of Republic Srpska (Serb forces within Bosnia & Herzegovina), killing all but 3.

1). Our driver/guide was a Muslim who was injured in the war, and he told us stories about Bosnia & Herzegovina's history during the whole 2 1/2-3 hour ride each way. He also shared stories about his family and his service during the 3+ years of the blockade/siege of Sarajevo

Yesterday we ventured to Srebrenica, the site of the 1995 genocide of more than 8000 Bosniak men and boys (Muslim Bosnians) (this number doesn't count the number of others killed during the Bosnian War 1992-5 or the many women and girls raped). It was a memorable journey for many reasons.

Did Friday's economic boycott have any impact? Or is it a dress rehearsal for something bigger, longer?
