A whole family approach means systems that support everyone.

And Family Inclusive Practice is about more than just having systems in place - it's about:

- Knowledge (What's out there? / What helps?)
- Skills (Good listening / Interventions)
- Attitudes (Openness / Warmth / Compassion)

We often ask simply- Yes or No?

I think there's a better way of asking about the scale of consent - a way where we encourage people to include family and friends.

Scottish Families are now open to interest in our new Family Inclusive Practice Development Programme.

This is a workforce development training and support package, with a focus on helping alcohol & drug recovery services find new ways of including families.
