White-rumped sandpiper showed well this afternoon. The bird came within couple of metres of me.

Dipped pallid harrier for a second time but all hope is not lost as was seen again this evening so might get another chance. I had to make do with a lovely male hen harrier so can’t complain.#ukbirding

I’m glad I took a trip down to Budleigh Salterton to see the two snow buntings. The birds showed brilliantly to a large crowd,
