I think Trump wanted Ukraine to give up land to Russia, get precious minerals from Ukraine and keep on with his grift. Even if Ukraine had to pay back for all that US provided for the war, I don’t Trump would have cared. He was there to humiliate Zelensky

I used to think like that as well but then I realized some people won’t change no matter what you do for them. They will inherently hurt others due to their ignorance. You have to cut your loses and help the people who are willing to accept your help.

Nope, not this time. Their selfishness and ignorance has created these problems. They won’t ever care and admit they were wrong. No more of helping hands unless they realize their mistake and accept it. I am all for helping if they commit to doing the right thing. None of “I didn’t know better” bs.

I think everyone should stop posting comments to NYT posts here and avoid giving them the credibility as well. NYT really fell of the cliff in decade or so.
