Agree with what you are saying the top affects the bottom - trying to calculate whether it impacts a large or small number of properties, before it feeds down the property chain.

Impact on property market - How many £5m and £2m properties in the market and what numbers are sold - is it a significant number of buyers and sellers who are affected at top end of chain?

I hope Starmer takes on board that lesson today, I am sure Polanski and Corbyn will have taken note, and today could despite Rayner's stupidly self inflicted problems, be a great opportunity to start turning the tide against hate and division.

Both Rylan despite flaws in the argument and Lewis are right - Starmer and his Comms team need to be more effective and tell a story - they need the leadership to set the direction of travel, roll the pitch and tell the story.

Very much a low point for Farage, insulting working class people and our national game. Looks like a cheap little shit, trying to ride on the back of The Lionesses brilliant against the odds performances, demonstrating true British values showing what can be achieved with unity and passion.
