So, in less than 6 months I got promoted twice. This time to Chapter Lead.
And I got the opportunity to visit New York, got involved into serious decision making and learn the darkest side of the business. Good stuff.

So, yeah, boring. I never tought about climbing corporate ladders. It jaut happened out of nowhere and now I can't criticize work related stuff in front of others

I'm very upset about the mandate to RTO 5 days a week, but I can't complain about it with team members, nor other managers.
Still, it doesn't make any sense to be at the office just to connect through webex with some other guys across 4 different timezones. That's something I can do from toilet.

So. My employer just enforced 5 days a week RTO effective immediately. Large insurance company.
I work on IT, so basically they want me to be at the office 6 AM my time so I can have sync-up calls with the team in IST time zone.
Not gonna lie, I'm going to start looking for another job.
