Star Trek has helped many of us and I appreciate when people talk about their experiences with mental health “wobbles” and how a show, and fictional characters can mean so much. It lets me know that I am not alone in my “wobbles”. 💕

I grew up with Star Trek. I got called a Geek because I told a kid in 2nd grade that I was a “Rabid, Dyed in the Wool, Trekkie.” I proudly added Geek, to my description! 🤣
