... the VR genre (in my eyes, at least), and that is, of course, Sword Art Online... HA! Sorry, couldn't resist. Now, seriously, there is a lot of VR/Cyberpunk novels out there, but I think there is only ONE true VR/Cyberpunk EPIC, and that is Otherland, by @tadwilliams.bsky.social.
