I don't know about your fridge but in ours things thaw faster on the top shelf for some reason.
As to how to reheat it: my rule of thumb is "if unspecified, bake at 350° F". You'll want to use a food thermometer to get an idea when it's done. If it's bubbling around the edges it's getting there.

Way back in the 1980s, in middle school, a math teacher who was also teaching us computer literacy showed us an ad for "computer-designed tires". He explained that the computer didn't design the tires, people designed tires using the computer as a tool.

If you're really old school have a CB radio in your car that also has a loudspeaker. My dad gave me one years ago but I never installed it. Still regret it.
