This is one of the most soulful records I have ever listened to. His voice is so magical, I cannot begin to describe it. Pradeep Kumar is a treasure, and this album is just “chef’s kiss”

This is quite frankly one of the quirkiest horror books I have read this year. Love it.

Queer horror stories!!!

For end October, this is the weirdest weather pattern ever. There are storms on both coasts in India.

Will be a fun Winter in Bangalore this year.

And as a response, I was reading this book at the cafe later in the day. The looks I was getting from the people there was worth it.

Lands, Guns, Caste, Woman by Gita Ramaswamy

Picked this up in the used section at Bookworm, got a 30% off on the reduced price. Re-reading after years, and it still manages to get me into a giggle bout.
Interesting Times by Terry Pratchett.

The Morningside is a weird combination of dystopia, hints of magic and myth. But it’s disappointing, as every thread of story is cut short and then gets replaced with something else.

I am 10% into this book but loving it for not being too tedious about describing lives. The author actually jumps years and talks about the same family.

A History of Burning by Janika Oza

Started reading this book and wanted to look up the author. Realized I have read stories as a kid, when she published under the name Kavery Bhatt in the magazine Target.

This book seems beautiful. The way describes rural life, politics, and people.

What a rager. It’s so well written and it doesn’t let up from start to finish. Banger.

This. This. This is what I am talking about. Why do this? On a new book, in a bookstore.

Here is a curse on you.
May your reading be filled with a boring verbal diarrhea of Dalrymple, and the stupidity of Chetan Bhagat… in one book.
