I’m just going to tell the story. Back in 2000 I was volunteering for the Gore campaign when he came along with Julia Louis-Dreyfus, Alfre Woodard and Dule Hill to a GOTV event here in MN. He ended up sitting down across from me stuffing his envelopes.

Yeah, I totally get it, no shade to them, I hope it didn't seem like I thought they were lying. That's kind of you to be there for them, and of course none of us want the situation to be more than a gentle escort of a grieving person away from the scene.

I saw someone state that but it was someone watching a Tik Tok video nearby. I would hazard that police helping shepherd someone who found the bodies away from the scene and to the station to give a statement would look pretty similar. I wouldn't want to drive after finding them.

Oh, interesting! Amazon's weird looking electric vans do show up for deliveries here, and I had a delivery arrive yesterday, so IDK what's up. Maybe it's regional or they're out of funding for it already 🙄

'We'll share your appreciation with your driver' and nothing else, which I initially thought was great, and then I realized. So instead of getting a tip, this driver will find out that I TRIED to give him a tip, but timing was off/Amazon didn't want to. This feels like taunting and I feel awful!
