I think some top-level configuration options would help as well. “PMsky will be customizable. You can review every suggestion manually or automatically apply labels when enough users suggest it” (if that’s something you have in mind)

My first thought was, “what about bots & trolls?” If PMsky can be limited to a team of approved users, I would mention that as well. Like “Or recruit specific trusted users to vote on labels.”

Suggestion: First sentence should get straight to the point in non-technical terms.
Maybe “With PMsky, Bluesky labels can be determined by public consensus. Labelers can let the community help moderate content and avoid relying on individual opinions.”
