Both my LG and old Panasonic OLED TVs have “smart OS” but both work and worked fine without internet.
I use NextDNS on my router, set up with some blocklists so it gets rid of all the ads and stuff. Apple TV does all the media streams 👌🏻

Depending on the brand, it can be customised. I've done it on Audi's and Lexus' in the past. I believe BMWs (if fitted with stalks at factory!) can be done through programming equipment too.

Yeah it's odd... And if you watch the directors cut on Blu-ray when the E and the Reliant first meet, you can see the grey scorch marks on the hill before the Reliant even fires on the E... Really odd continuity
