When veterans receive benefits promised, self-serving corruption has been expunged, then we can talk about a parade on horseback and foot from the capitol to Arlington honoring veterans + war dead. We should be concerned about a lack of humility + wastefulness in pursuit of grandiosity

Watching ‘The Lion in Winter.’ So good. Sizzling dialogue. May replace ‘The Adventures of Robin Hood’ as my fave movie. At least I’m keeping it in the House of Plantagenet. Who else still digs this one from 1968 in 2025?

What I like about Bluesky is the return to basic “let’s talk” aesthetic of early social media. Text is too efficient not to use effectively in recording our thoughts.
