I might say something stupid but may be both could coexist? Like lineart for "regular" panels, lineless for bigger and more important panels. The same way some comics have double pages that requires the reader to spend more time on, it could be a way to make some panels more impactful than others?

I think the lineart works better for a comics but may be it's just because we're so used of comics having clear lineart, and I would be curious to see how your lineless style turns out on a whole page.
