I thought today's theme would be a good opportunity/excuse to try drawing a character from @darqlugia.bsky.social, one of my online buddies. His character, Ned, is a very fun concept: Middle-aged Raichu salaryman! I just couldn't resist.

I like the concept of characters getting put in ticklish situations (or being tickled in general) that don’t like being tickled being broken to enjoy it more than the person who loves being tickled all the time because its an endless cycle that leads nowhere.
