Once again, Congress, under both parties, created an imperial presidency from WWII onward that depended entirely on shared norms about democracy/the rule of law & not abusing that delegated executive authority that no longer exists. When we get through this, <all> of these things need to go.

That people can’t seem to grasp this—that the kompromat isn’t anything more damning than the evidence and behavior we’ve seen for a decade is a pretty good explanation for why that behavior has gone unpunished. That’s the most unbelievable part to me even after ten years. Smdh
