2/ such as spam, malware or nudity etc themselves, so there's no capability for this app to actually see your photos to ship them off to anyone including Google.
Don't get me wrong - Google aren't privacy centric and there are plenty of reasons to distrust them, but I don't think this instance is

1/ This isn't actually as bad as it sounds and the person you've screenshotted has misunderstood how it works. The app doesn't do any client side scanning (and actually it can't unless you assign the explicit app permissions). Instead, it gives other apps a machine learning model to classify content

This is quite libelous. An investigation into her expenses found no wrongdoing, but keep doing the Tories work for them.

You can pregenerate previews on NC but it does come with the trade off of additional disk space.
