Didn’t mention that adding 2000+ households to an area that doesn’t have enough road capacity to handle it will be disastrous.
Ioco Road can barely handle the current capacity, which is doubled with summer lake traffic. Now add dump trucks, etc on the route everyday for 25 years of construction.
