My hunch is that they are still trying to get some movement on ACA and are trying to avoid disrupting any momentum they have there.

I agree with you that it isn’t their mission, and so do quite a few federal judges. But it is important to discuss this specific issue in the correct context, no? Anyhow. My heart goes out to these Guard’s member’s families and all those others serving a tyrant right now.

This shooting is so fishy. A guy who worked with the CIA and is granted asylum i. 2024 as a result just up and decides to shoot some guard members right after a judge rules their presence unconstitutional? I’m not one for conspiracy theories. But this smells rotten as hell.
