I haven't been posting progress updates about my miku wig because it's been just a couple hours here and there. but I'm extremely proud of where I am with it now!!! still a wip lol
a wig modeled after Hatsune Miku. a teal bob hairstyle with two long high ponytails on either side. the wig is sitting on a pink stand, and I'm reaching out to hold up part of the bangs that was blocked by the angle of the photo photo of the back of the wig

[wig progress] the right ponytail isn't quite done yet, but it's far enough that you can see the vision! I'm very very happy with it so far!!!!

and when I say it's been taking a while, it's because we're talkin' FULL HELMET. those pigtails ain't going nowhere!
a wig with no hair on it. yes, I scalped her. the wig has a wire frame that looks similar to a figure 8, with card broad tubes where the wig's pigtails will eventually be. the same wig now has cotton batting (fluffy foam like fabric) sown on and the whole wig has been painted teal a pile of some very long wig wefts laying on a table, and me proudly showing them off

haven't been posting cuz I've been busier than ever- but here's some cute lil sketches I did! I like this character's concept so much I might make them an actual reference sheet! Despite having ocs, I never really draw them- but reference sheets are so pretty so I want to make some!
many little sketches of a character cluttered at the bottom of a sheet of paper. there's a sticky note that labels the character as "Miza". the sticky note and little drawings around the character explain some of her traits and favorite things. Miza has olive skin, brown eyes and a clef sugery scar under her right eye. she has mostly dyed red hair with some white stripes in the bangs. she is gender fluid and uses any pronouns, along with constantly changing her hair style to present differently. Because of their love of both long and short hair, Miza has become an expert at working with wigs and is also a big fan of makeup and different punk eyeliner looks. Miza likes heavier alt. music and is learning guitar. she has her ears pierced and wears fun earrings, as well as a braided bracelet. she likes tea, and has a preference for hibiscus. she also has a red tomogachi she wears on a belt. truly a fashion queen.
