Nothing is useful for resetting your brain. Doing mundane tasks that don't take much mental work,like doing the dishes,laundry,etc. what sometimes happens is your brain goes into auto pilot and it's allowed to drift,much like meditation.

Might I suggest classical guitar,lol. It suits these old stiff hands very well, compared to the modern electric,lol.

Ohhh cool!! Im new fan of George sands and the era,upon finding the music of Frederick Chopin. I had listened to his music before,but it took on new life, after learning of their 10 year long affair. This is very entertaining,and fills a few places ,where I had wondered about George sands.
