Exactly this. I wake up and just take long nice walks during the day to enjoy nature. Then l take long night walks, and then go back to my dark bedroom with very minimal lights and rest. It's perfection. Although it may be boring to those who aren't introverted. Because if they are, well, then: 😌😏🫸
