I feel like they probably lost a lot of their GOOD workers who actually had morals & respect for the constitution & rights of the people they were detaining. Either they lost them by them quitting b/c they didn't want to collect people like they have been, or they were fired because they wouldn't.

For me it depends on the device. I don't mind an apple iPad, but I prefer an android phone. My daughter has an iPad, and I like the drawing capabilities on it. I may save up to get myself one so I don't have to borrow hers. lol plus how well it plays games on it better than my Tab A.
