I know, late, but's still the 16th... at 3:33 AM, 10 years ago (2015), my Father passed away due to multiple terminal cancers/total organ failure. Despite all that happened, I still love & miss you Dad. Hope you're happy the boys kicked ass tonight, another WS run! Love you, Dad. -- read below Pt 2

Mowed my front and back lawns, beautiful day! Did another 2 miles on the bike (not including the approx. 2 miles I walked doing the lawn) and did my other arm reps/workouts. Now to shower, run quick to #Target, and watch our boys! #NY #Mets #LFGM #LGM #baseball #productiveday
