As for this fic idea this came from...
Miya bamboozles Reki and Langa into volunteering for the local animal shelter’s charity event. “Cat Cafe” being the theme, the two of them agree with the ulterior motive of playing with the cats afterwards. Miya conveniently fails to mention is that the only cats in this scenario are them. Learning the truth far too late, they’re bound to their promise.
The cafe is a hit. Reki’s a natural at talking with guests. Langa not so much.. but he does his best to follow Reki’s example from across the room. Between glances on the floor and passing one another in the back rooms, what began as light flirting devolves into a cheeky game of finding ways to tease the other without getting caught.

remember those doofy "meet the artist" memes that were everywhere on tumblr in the 2010's? I found mine from 10 years ago! maybe it's time for a remake? it's so inaccurate now xD

A meet the artist meme from a decade ago in a soft color pallet, akin to my old style of coloring. The basic details on top read: Amaethia: Misa, age 24, 9/9, genderfluid, virgo, INFP. The rest of the words are general likes/dislikes, nothing too interesting, save for the last dislike of "being called "ma'am," which I find hilarious. *laughs in trans man* On the right is a rare self-portrait in an exaggeratedly awkward pose. Around the figure are some small details such as "uses Yugioh as a makeup ref," which is probably the most applicable of the details that I've retained over 10 years.

I didn't screenshot it in the feedback window, but I saved a word doc in case I need it again. it's not perfect, as I feel it's missing a lot of other good points & it kinda tapers off at the end cuz this was an unrevised word vomit. feel free to use it. I might rework and send it again later

"As many before me, I implore that staff reconsider their updated policy in regards to censorship of the arts that depict dark/taboo/unconventional topics. The arts are a safe way for people to express and explore the human experience through fiction and whether or not one chooses to partake in these works should be left to an individual, not a company, app or website. As mentioned by staff and many other sites/apps that came before, it's impossible for staff to check every single post themselves, thus technologies are put into place to assist. This in itself isn't a bad thing, however, these restrictions will not just make it hard on the creators targeted in these policy changes, it will affect us all.
Many of us, myself included saw something similar happen with tumblr first hand. When tumblr banned NSFW topics, posts that had nothing to do with these banned topics were auto-flagged with no chance of an appeal reaching an actual human being. Many users lost their accounts due to these false readings, especially those of marginalized groups. The banning of topics didn't even work, because these topics still get posted to this day but now they're without proper tagging to filter them out. For both of these reasons, tumblr had a mass-exodus to twitter to get away from the environment tumblr created. As a whole, these changes made tumblr's app/site less safe in the long run and we don't wish for bsky to suffer the same fate.
Bsky already has warning tags in place, but if staff feels those are not enough, why not expand upon the system to better mark these topics? It keeps the choice in the hands of the individuals who call your platform their primary hub. Generally speaking, users want their posts to be seen by their intended audience and do use the existing system..."

"While there are plenty of topics I personally don't wish to see, that's neither my place nor staff's to decide for everyone else where that boundary lies.
I would also like to tack on that going ahead with the policy change for the potential sake of keeping the app in app stores is flimsy reasoning. Bsky runs quite nicely on web browsers and in my personal experience, better. Users can handle not having an app if it came down to that. We've done so before and could do it again.
To conclude, as part of the art community that helped build bsky into what it is today, I ask that staff listen to the outcry of your users; it isn't too late to change your mind."
