Been picking away at a fairly large piece for the 18th but between school, switching to linux, and getting ready to move I don't think I'm finishing it. 😔
All this also really put a big wrench in the brief momentum I had going for #rattober. Perhaps next year will be kinder to a rat art marathon. 🐀

4. My FE fixation may have waned over time but my love for Soren has NOT.
Soren Fire Emblem is the best man from fire emblem- no I am not taking criticism at this time.

I'm counting both games as one story, don't question me.
I think that of the ambitiously grand story lines Fire Emblem has tried to tell the Radiance games are the best executed.
It's not perfect but damn if I'm not invested!

To quote a tag used by the author on their first "parasitism-as-intimacy" fic, just jarthur being absurdly clingy AS PER USUAL. After ep52 though, I can't really blame them.

An interpretation of the aftermath of Malevolent Podcast episode 52 "The Wager", based on the fanfiction "some desolate below" by sink_eden. Arthur Lester is strewn in chunks on the gray ground of the Dark World. Head, chest, both arms, hands, thighs, legs and feet are all disconnected. Bones are visible in some places and some shards of bone are strewn between the chunks. Molten looking gold spills from where Arthur's eyes used to be. Hovering above the hunks of Arthur is John Doe, taking the form of a mass of threads in a loose shape of a human head and torso spreading out into several tendrils, he almost resembles the staffs on sheet music. One of John's tendrils reaches towards Arthur's face. The rest of John's limbs spread over the strewn pieces of Arthur, splitting into thinner threads that tangle into and around Arthur's body.

Shang Qinghua, in a mutated bird-human form crouches against a cave wall. He is covered in the plumage of his raven form but with more a more human body structure. A blue ribbon is tied to a clump of feathers on his head. A human shadow is cast over him from the perspective of the viewer. Mobei Jun hugging Bird-monster Shang Qinghua close. Shang Qinghua cries with his head pressed to Mobei Jun's chest. Shang Qinghua's raven form. He is a fluffy bird, with messy feathers sticking out of his head, chest and along his back. Lighter markings are around his beak, eyes, chest, wings and tail. He has a blue ribbon tied around one leg.
