The mix of fluorescent lights, having to stand there carrying something heavy (like your cat food) and just the whole environment can be triggering for an abundance of issues

Sorry to hear you went through that :( it’s really shitty and frustrating to not be able to control it. For me personally I think it was a mix of already not being in a good head space- and then my internal plan not going correct (post office charged me wrong, made me buy new box, etc)
