I'm know for my devotion to the Fab 4 in all their iterations, but I obsessed with Peasants, Pigs & Astronauts when it was released. A masterpiece in combining Indian Classical music with Western Rock, Crispian Mills' finest hour IMHO.

I cooked. Now I need an ice bath!!
Now I don't want any comments on the lamb, I prefer it rare, but whilst my immune system is a bit low, not allowed 🥹, no wine either, antibiotics.....and I'm too hot!

These are just a few examples of my home cooked food, and yes I'm Irish, but our food is similar to British, but my point is the diversity of our cuisines now, I think it's great, in the examples below are English, Chinese, Spanish & Irish.

Just a note on the Basil, they don't like to be crowded, and also, if you pinch out a couple of the tops of the basil, with a stem and place in water, after a week or so they will root and you can extend your crop. These plants are ALL from 1 shop bought plant.

Only one more sleep before my picc line for intravenous antibiotics is taken out, then months of tablets, but at least I'll have my arm back!!

This Desiderata poster was pinned to my teenage bedroom wall in 1971 when I was 15. It has travelled with me from parental home to first bedsit, & to each & every home where I've lived, it's now kept on my fridge by a collection of magnets, each with their own memory, it is a treasured possession.
