Using "halftone" in your prompts together with "posterized" creates some very cool-looking effects. Sprinkle some of "retro", "comic style", or "flat colors" on top of it, or experiment further 🙂

Oh how I love when AI figures out fingers correctly.

Using some gestures description helps, same as specifying photography pose names. In this case it's "a young happy goth vampire woman shows a finger heart"
