Könnte man die Freiwilligkeit vielleicht attraktiv machen? Bezahlung, Ausbildung (die auch zivil nutzbar ist). Darüber hinaus, Motivation, Grundhaltung, Werte. Wofür soll man sein Leben in die Waagschale werfen? Was bietet dieser Staat dem jungen Teil der Bevölkerung?Lohnt es sich dafür zu kämpfen?
