I would love it if the £300+ (some of that is back taxes because I screwed up some paperwork) a month I'm currently paying was used more efficiently to help people that's for sure.

Going from not depressed to getting Clinical Depression is you do have to filter how much news you take in at once. Can't just walk around with an open psychic wound the whole time.

It's why I have been doing some Marie Kondo on my podcast feed. "Thank you podcast but you no longer bring me joy/ being interesting isn't worth the trade off of being a huge downer"
