This story has become so much more than just the antics of two teenage girls. Things are getting serious now, especially with Eva's older brother and her friend's older sister. It's almost as though it was meant to be this way, which isn't going to make anyone happy.

I don't know if it's a Canadian thing, but people are in a better mood for the holidays if there's snow on the ground. I've worked in retail and restaurants and I've seen people's moods during this time of year. When it snows for the holidays, they're happier.

My choice? Snow. It's Canada and snow comes whether we want it to or not. Plus, it makes everything look clean. I always look forward to the first snow fall of the season. It also makes the holidays a little more magical.

I though that once I bought a tower, I'd write more. Don't know why I thought that because all I really do on it is play games and browse. I still get more writing done when I'm on the laptop.

Anyway, It's now just a ghost story with the first draft complete. Revisions and edit time. This book might be the next to get published. I'm somewhat impressed at that thought.

The only short story that I sold for money was an erotica piece. $10. I stopped because it was just not what I wanted to write, but I did it to broaden my writing skill and knowledge. Same reason I wrote scripts and poems. It's all writing and each format can teach us something.

Or maybe I'll let them all survive and torture them in other ways? Humans have become creatures of comfort, so when they lose that familiarity, some will do anything to get that back. Even if it means turning their backs on family or those they considered family.

Do my survivors fall into that category? Well it all depends. Do I want to keep them all together, or have one or two die off? Not everyone is going to survive through this story, and if you've followed me for a while, you know how much I love to kill off my characters. 🫣
