Completely fair, but I wouldn’t say the demo are good experiences for new fans usually more so for veterans to test them and provide feedback

Rise had it with Sunbreak you had special hunts where you teamed with NPC(s) and a few story missions also which results in 5(10 counts pets) person party

They each had neat gimmicks also like one a bomb maniac, another at enemy low health ran off to mount a monster and came back

It does, they actually added private rooms in the new beta, but they are definitely plenty of fun solo I beat all but the last 2 hunts solo or with sos, and rise I played through it all solo (which is a blast with both pets) on switch and replayed with a friend on PS

At least in my experience with the last 2 games they are easy to pick up you just need a weapon that clicks and they are nice af to new comers after dlc launches since they give them near end game armor and weapons to speed run up to the expansion

I mean those are two separate things MP is specifically designed to be played with friends, MH the demos never give the full experience, they are pre built characters without any of the crafting or building, and and usually basic hunts, minus the flagship which is overturned while you are under

To be fair that is what SoS or Join request is for, you can play with random’s who can help you with the fights I played through world and rise 99% solo it is plenty of fun
